Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in medical office environment preferred
- Basic understanding of medical terminology preferred
- One to two years’ experience in ambulatory care or related field preferred
- Ability to perform clerical and reception duties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computers and office software
Job Qualifications

- Previous training in general medical office skills preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing and data entry
- Handle reception duties including greeting patients and answering phones
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently
- Manage patient financial accounts including basic billing and cashier functions
- Assist in coordinating primary healthcare services for outpatient clients
- Use computer systems for record keeping and office operations
- Maintain organized and accurate medical office documentation
