Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an ambulatory care or customer service environment preferred
  • Basic knowledge or willingness to learn medical terminology
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer operations and office equipment use
  • Availability for full-time day shift work

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Previous training in general medical office skills and procedures is preferred
  • Proficient or knowledgeable in medical terminology preferred but not required
  • One to two years of experience in an ambulatory care or similar setting preferred

Job Duties

  • Perform clerical duties in the ambulatory care setting

  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
