The company is currently seeking a Receptionist to join its growing team. This role is essential, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring smooth communication and administrative operations, and supporting the team with various clerical tasks. The Receptionist will have a chance to contribute to the company’s mission by maintaining a welcoming and efficient front office environment where first impressions and follow-through distinguish the organization from competitors.

The Receptionist role encompasses greeting, interacting with, and assisting visitors and customers, as well as answering and directing incoming phone calls professionally. The role also involves document management tasks, such as gathering, reviewing, and preparing documents, maintaining accounts, setting up appointments, and assembling document packages for the team. Additionally, the Receptionist will be responsible for receiving, sorting, and routing mail, and ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment. This position is highly suited for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and demonstrates a strong work ethic aligned with meeting commitments and exceeding customer expectations.
