Job Requirements

  • Two to three years of previous customer service, phone etiquette, and clerical experience
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work full time Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Two to three years of experience in a client service or reception position within a hospitality or corporate environment
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office technology and equipment

Job Duties

  • Properly greet and handle visitors with a smile and maintain eye contact through the entire interaction
  • Address guests and clients by name whenever possible
  • Answer telephones in a friendly, professional manner, take messages with accuracy and appropriately handle or refer questions and requests
  • Handle on-floor conference room activities, including managing reservations and monitoring meeting details
  • Implement established security policies and procedures regarding visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
  • Act as a Hospitality Services resource to guests, visitors, and employees by providing information about building amenities, transportation, and community resources
  • Communicate requests to internal support departments such as building maintenance, IT, AV technology, and mail room
