This role requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer service and professional growth. Candidates with prior retail or cannabis industry experience are preferred but not mandatory.

Front Desk Associates at Urban Wellness enjoy a competitive compensation package along with health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, sick leave compliant with the Healthy Workplace Act, and a generous employee discount. The company also offers supplemental insurance options, ongoing training programs, and a dynamic work atmosphere where employees can thrive and evolve. Schedule flexibility is important as the role requires availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
