Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years of administrative experience
- proficiency in telephone and voicemail systems
- familiarity with EMS system preferred
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work 100% onsite in Washington, DC

Job Duties
- Greet and announce clients and visitors in the office

- perform additional clerical and administrative projects as assigned
