The role available is that of a Receptionist, a critical position responsible for managing the front desk operations and serving as the initial point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff at the facility. The Receptionist will work pivotal shifts including 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm with schedules that involve every weekend or every other weekend shifts. This position requires a candidate who is not only friendly and approachable but also highly organized, capable of handling multiple administrative duties efficiently. Duties include managing incoming phone calls, responding to inquiries about the facility, and facilitating visitor check-in and check-out procedures in compliance with established protocols. Additional responsibilities encompass managing mail and package handling, assisting residents with general questions or directions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area. The Receptionist must also support various technology and administrative tasks, including data entry and paperwork. A key component of this role is the ability to handle crisis situations with professionalism and empathy, ensuring that all visitors and residents feel respected and supported.
