Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to work Wednesday through Sunday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Duties

  • Greeting visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
  • managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members
  • maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • assisting with administrative tasks as needed
  • managing traffic up system and rotation with the next-up in conjunction with the desks needs
  • ensuring next-up is used to its fullest potential with all details from each opportunity uploaded in the next-up, daily opportunity sheet, and CRM
  • maintaining the order of 1, 2, 3 and 4 on the list
  • ensuring Host 1 and 2 are always in place
  • acting as quarterback of the front of the house and partner in the desk team, not an employee of the desk
