Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in receptionist or customer service role preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to work Wednesday through Sunday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Spanish language proficiency preferred

Job Duties
- Greeting visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members
- maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- assisting with administrative tasks as needed
- managing traffic up system and rotation with the next-up in conjunction with the desks needs
- ensuring next-up is used to its fullest potential with all details from each opportunity uploaded in the next-up, daily opportunity sheet, and CRM
- maintaining the order of 1, 2, 3 and 4 on the list
- ensuring Host 1 and 2 are always in place
- acting as quarterback of the front of the house and partner in the desk team, not an employee of the desk
