The role of Receptionist and Sales Associate at Drybar is integral to maintaining the brand’s high standards of client care and operational excellence. Job Requirements
- availability to be scheduled as opener or closer
- must have availability on weekends
- experience in customer service or retail sales associate roles
- able to stand and walk for 6 to 8 hour shifts
- technical ability to operate point of sale system
- ability to work at a sustained fast pace
- excellent troubleshooting skills

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- previous experience with point of sale systems preferred
- salon or spa experience preferred but not required
- excellent problem-solving skills
- ability to multitask effectively
- proven track record of providing outstanding customer service
- ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure
