We are a Tempe-based Safety Manufacturer and Promotional Marketing Company located just west of Downtown Tempe and Arizona State University (ASU). The role we are offering is that of a Receptionist and Administrative Support Team Member. This position serves as the first point of contact for all incoming calls from customers and vendors, ensuring that communication is handled with efficiency and professionalism. You will also be responsible for greeting visitors who come to our facility to meet with other team members, maintaining a positive and welcoming front office atmosphere. A key aspect of the job is collecting required information quickly, accurately, and in a friendly manner before transferring calls to the appropriate personnel.
In addition to managing communications, you will assist other team members with various administrative tasks such as emailing invoices to customers, entering data from sales staff, and performing miscellaneous front office duties. The role demands excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Beyond these responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to learn and work with our phone system, CRM/ERP software (NetSuite), and standard office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Job Requirements
- Ability to run or learn phone system, CRM/ERP (NetSuite)
- Basic Excel, Word, and Outlook experience required
- Must have great organization, communication and multitasking skills
- Working knowledge of exceptional customer service skills highly desired
- Must be legally able to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems such as NetSuite preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Excellent customer service skills
