The Concierge role at Sinceri Senior Living is integral to the day-to-day operations, serving as the welcoming voice and face of the community. This position supports various departments, including Administration, Office Management, Nursing, and Activities, by providing exceptional assistance and communication internally and externally. The Concierge acts as a pivotal point of contact, facilitating smooth interactions among residents, families, potential clients, and staff. Working hours follow a schedule divided between two Concierge team members to ensure consistent coverage, including rotating weekends and holidays, offering a balanced work-life approach.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Desire and willingness to learn new systems
  • Prior work in reception or customer service preferred
  • Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job and communicate effectively through written information
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, but flexible to accommodate facility needs
  • Knowledgeable on the computer and able to operate Microsoft Office
  • Ability to represent the facility positively and professionally
  • Ability to work effectively in an individual or team setting
  • Ability to perform duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Answering the phones and referring to the appropriate department or person
  • Greet residents, families, guests, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively between departments for special events, vendors, guest meals, visitors, outside providers, and inquiries
  • Perform general office duties including typing, filing, distribution of mail and other duties as assigned
  • Guide tours, fill out inquiry forms and introduce prospective residents to the appropriate manager on duty
  • Follow marketing guidelines for phone inquiries and guided tours
  • Accept rental payments and issue receipts if requested
