The role of Receptionist & HR Administrator at the Mesa, Arizona facility is an exciting hybrid position offering a unique blend of front office reception and human resources administrative responsibilities. This hybrid role is integral to the smooth and efficient operation of the facility, acting as both the welcoming face to visitors and providing crucial support to the Human Resources department. As the first point of contact in the front office, the Receptionist will greet guests, answer phones professionally, handle company inquiries, manage the distribution of site mail, and check in visitors—ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. A significant portion of this role involves managing travel arrangements for regional and global executive staff, coordinating with travel agencies, local transportation, and hotel bookings, as well as overseeing travel logistics for out-of-state job candidates. Additionally, the Receptionist & HR Administrator will plan and coordinate staff dinners, corporate events, and meetings, including booking conference rooms, arranging meals, and securing vendor quotes. On the HR administrative side, responsibilities include onboarding new hires, updating job descriptions, managing Instant Recognition Awards, and directing employee HR inquiries to the appropriate departments. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED with college degree preferred in Human Resources Business or related field
- minimum of 3-5 years prior experience in a Human Resources Administrative Receptionist or Executive Administrator role
- strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- demonstrate and maintain professionalism and ethical work standards
- excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization including customers vendors and contractors
- excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel Word Outlook and PowerPoint ADP CPro and SAP a plus
- demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks with input from various individuals

Job Duties
