The role of Receptionist at TEKsystems in Culver City, CA is a dynamic and critical position within a fast-paced and creative working environment. This full-time, fully onsite contract opportunity offers an hourly wage ranging between $28.00 and $30.00. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a professional demeanor, exceptional organizational skills, and strong interpersonal abilities to foster a welcoming, efficient arrival experience for all visitors. As the first point of contact, the receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors warmly, managing incoming communications, coordinating logistical support for executives and leadership, and maintaining smooth building operations.

This position encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities including visitor management, administrative support, inventory handling, and event assistance. The receptionist will utilize internal systems and technology tools daily to manage tasks such as visitor logging, phone call handling, mail distribution, and the restocking of shared areas. Working closely with internal teams, the role ensures the safety, discretion, and professionalism required to support the organization’s operational priorities.
