Employees at Ryan Specialty benefit from a comprehensive and best-in-class benefits package designed to support their physical, financial, and emotional well-being. Additionally, the Receptionist assists with various administrative tasks such as typing memos, photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating, which supports the broader administrative team.

Successful candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, coupled with at least six months of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Visio—is essential, with certifications like Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) preferred. The role requires strong abilities in calendar management, office supply management, and customer service, alongside excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
