Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint
- Excellent typing phone and general clerical skills
- Strong organization accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask meet deadlines and take initiative
- Friendly positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with both clients and internal staff
- Discretion with confidential or sensitive information
- Reliable consistent attendance

Job Duties
- Serve as part of the front-desk team greeting visitors answering calls and ensuring a welcoming office environment
- Support CU*Answers Officers Management and the Client Services and Education teams with a variety of administrative tasks
- Partner with your supervisor to manage daily responsibilities and provide backup support to other Administrative Assistants
- Assist the Facilities Team with general office maintenance and delivery needs when required
- Maintain a positive professional attitude and contribute to a cooperative team culture
