Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint
  • Excellent typing phone and general clerical skills
  • Strong organization accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask meet deadlines and take initiative
  • Friendly positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with both clients and internal staff
  • Discretion with confidential or sensitive information
  • Reliable consistent attendance

Job Duties

  • Serve as part of the front-desk team greeting visitors answering calls and ensuring a welcoming office environment
  • Support CU*Answers Officers Management and the Client Services and Education teams with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Partner with your supervisor to manage daily responsibilities and provide backup support to other Administrative Assistants
  • Assist the Facilities Team with general office maintenance and delivery needs when required
  • Maintain a positive professional attitude and contribute to a cooperative team culture
