Job Duties
- Serve as part of the front-desk team greeting visitors answering calls and ensuring a welcoming office environment
- Support CU*Answers Officers Management and the Client Services and Education teams with a variety of administrative tasks
- Partner with your supervisor to manage daily responsibilities and provide backup support to other Administrative Assistants
- Assist the Facilities Team with general office maintenance and delivery needs when required
- Maintain a positive professional attitude and contribute to a cooperative team culture
