Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, concierge, hospitality, or residential property environments preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain attentive, composed, and professional in a high-visibility role
- Basic computer or log-keeping skills preferred
- Reliable
- Punctual
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods
- Ability to observe lobby activity and respond quickly when needed
- Must maintain a neat, professional appearance consistent with HOA standards
- On-site position within a residential high-rise lobby
- May require standing or sitting for extended periods
- Shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet residents, guests, and visitors courteously and professionally
- Serve as the primary front-desk contact for general inquiries, directions, and basic building information
- Maintain a calm, approachable, and attentive presence at the reception desk at all times
- Provide a high level of customer service to residents while upholding community policies and procedures
- Provide general administrative assistance to property management, including data entry, document handling, and record updates
- Receive, log, and track resident service requests and maintenance work orders using established systems and procedures
- Communicate work order details to maintenance staff or vendors and assist with follow-ups as needed
