Associa is a leading real estate services company with over 225 branch offices across North America, providing unparalleled community management services to nearly five million residents worldwide. Established more than 43 years ago, Associa’s dedication to delivering exceptional value and positive impact to communities has solidified its reputation as an industry trailblazer. With a robust team of over 11,000 employees, Associa prides itself on leveraging unmatched education, expertise, and innovation to build and sustain vibrant communities. The Receptionist role at Associa plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth daily operations within a high-rise residential community’s lobby. Serving as the initial point of contact, the Receptionist is responsible for greeting residents, guests, and vendors courteously, while maintaining a professional and approachable presence. This position combines front-desk reception duties with essential administrative support and coordination of maintenance work orders and service requests. The Receptionist contributes significantly to creating a welcoming, safe, and organized environment, aligning with the standards and expectations of the homeowners association (HOA).

Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience. Associa also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans, disability coverage, and wellness and professional development initiatives. The company has been recognized as a Great Place to Work for eight consecutive years and maintains several locations designated as Best and Brightest.

The role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to remain composed in a high-visibility position, and basic computer proficiency to manage data entry and records effectively. Receptionists support various critical functions including access control, monitoring lobby activity, coordinating vendor access, tracking service requests, and assisting with routine administrative tasks. Their attentive presence helps maintain community safety and a high standard of customer service, ensuring residents and visitors experience a positive and well-managed environment.

Working onsite in a residential high-rise lobby means the Receptionist must be able to stand or sit for extended periods and be prepared for shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on community needs. The ability to maintain a professional appearance consistent with HOA standards and to respond promptly to any situation within the lobby is essential.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with previous experience in customer service, front desk roles, hospitality, or residential property environments who possess strong organizational abilities and a dedication to community engagement. Associa embraces equal employment opportunities and encourages all qualified candidates to apply, fostering a culture that respects diversity and inclusion.
