Job Duties
- greet and welcome clients, visitors, and team members with professionalism and a friendly attitude
- answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting room bookings
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
- assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and handling incoming and outgoing mail
- provide support to other departments as needed
