Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- At least 6 months of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and customer service
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with office practices, procedures, and computer operation
- Competency in word processing software
- Ability to engage professionally with clients and visitors
- Experience in clerical tasks and data entry
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Duties
- Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department
- Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable
- Greets on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel
- Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required
- Receives sorts, enters, and routes mail
- Receives, signs for, and distributes package deliveries
- Maintains conference room schedule, as assigned
- Oversees the distribution of parking passes, company cars, and credit cards
- Receives payments, makes change, and issues receipts
- Records amounts received and prepares reports of transactions, as required
- Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, data entry, and miscellaneous typing
- Completes all required training applicable to assigned position
- Additional duties as requested or required
