Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience in administrative or receptionist roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a busy work environment
  • Basic proficiency in operating office equipment including telephones and copiers
  • Knowledge of multiple computer software applications
  • Ability to multitask effectively and handle routine inquiries professionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain composure in a high-volume, multi-focused work environment
  • Proficiency with standard office machines such as multi-line telephones, calculators, facsimile, and copiers
  • Familiarity with multiple computer software applications

Job Duties

  • Greets participants, visitors, and/or vendors in a professional manner
  • Coordinates the flow of visitors, including participants, family, and vendors, by contacting appropriate staff and providing direction
  • Answers the telephone and directs callers, handling routine inquiries
  • Assists with clerical duties including opening, date stamping and distributing mail, posting pertinent materials, issuing paychecks, assembling packets, filing, and other related duties
  • Ensures the reception area is kept neat and orderly and manages conference room scheduling
  • Reports unusual situations to the appropriate supervisor
  • Performs additional essential or non-essential job functions as assigned by the supervisor
