Job Duties

  • Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
  • welcome visitors, answer phone calls, manage general inquiries, and ensure a professional and hospitable front desk presence
  • oversee the functionality and upkeep of shared office spaces, supplies, and equipment
  • coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel assignments as needed
  • prepare meeting rooms and organize catering or materials as needed
  • manage mail, shipments, deliveries, and other logistics to support office operations
  • assist with recordkeeping, employee directories, and internal communications
  • build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and service providers
  • collaborate with the broader team to support planning, scheduling, and operational needs
