Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service, receptionist, hospitality, café, or concierge experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- professional appearance and positive attitude
- ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- basic food handling and beverage preparation knowledge preferred
