The team offers live transfer showings where interested buyers are connected immediately to agents via phone, enhancing client engagement and expediting sales processes.

In addition to lead generation, agents are supported by in-house transaction coordinators and lenders, which allows them to stay focused on client relationships and sales rather than administrative tasks. There are no desk fees or junk fees, which means agents retain more of their commissions. The team also provides real support from the team lead and broker, including comprehensive training suitable for agents at any stage of their careers, whether they have been licensed for 20 days or 20 years.

This position is offered as a 1099 independent contractor role, meaning agents run their own business while benefiting from the consistent pipeline of leads provided by Team ROVI and Zillow. This arrangement offers flexibility and the potential for significant earnings, with compensation ranging from $48,227 to $196,492 per year based on commission and performance. The work location is hybrid remote, based in Boston, MA.
