- 2+ years of experience with color including understanding color theory, color perception, and color management principles
- proficiency in using color management instruments and software for color analysis and shading
- familiarity with color shading tools and techniques

Job Duties
- Data entry into color portal and quality database
- customer communication
- preparing pre-ship samples for customers
- utilize color measurement instruments and software to ensure accurate color shading
- shading in-process batches to meet customer specifications
- facilitate batch approval process
