In this position, you will be responsible for administering routine medications in strict accordance with state regulations and residents’ individualized service plans. This responsibility requires precision, careful documentation, and a thorough understanding of medication management principles. Alongside medication duties, you will assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility support. You will also help with daily tasks including laundry, bed making, and serving meals, contributing to the overall comfort and satisfaction of the residents.

The role demands vigilance in monitoring residents’ health status, safety, and well-being, including handling emergencies and providing first aid when necessary.
