Job Requirements
- minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a general manager or assistant general manager in a high-volume QSR or fast casual environment
- ability to manage a profit and loss statement controlling food cost and labor percentages
- proficiency with back-of-house systems POS technology and inventory management software
- servsafe manager certification or local equivalent
- flexibility to work 50 plus hour work weeks including evenings weekends and holidays
- strong communication and conflict resolution skills
