Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in security or customer service
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
Good observational skills
Strong communication skills
Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Strong communication skills
Ability to remain calm and composed during conflicts
Friendly and engaging personality
Knowledge of safety protocols and no hands policy
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Handle all safety incidents with a calm and compassionate demeanor utilizing the no hands policy
Greet every guest with an enthusiastic and genuine welcome and wish them a fond farewell while encouraging return visits
Know regular guests by name and foster ongoing relationships
Collaborate closely with managers, bartenders, barbacks, and other security team members to maintain communication and awareness
Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff at all times
Manage guest interactions professionally and with patience reflecting the company value WE TAKE THE HIGH ROAD
Monitor venue entrances and exits to maintain order and prevent issues
