Job Requirements
- Experience in cleaning, maintenance or customer service is preferred but not required
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- strong attention to detail and time management skills
- be reliable, punctual and professional
- basic reading and writing skills for communication
- have a functional smartphone with a data plan and ability to download the company application
- physical requirements include walking and standing for the entire shift usually 4 to 8 hours, climbing stairs, kneeling to clean floors, pushing and pulling objects, and lifting or moving objects up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cleaning, maintenance or customer service experience is an advantage
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Duties
- Perform cleaning services at client locations including residential and commercial sites
- travel between appointments using public transportation
- work independently maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
- clean offices, apartments, commercial buildings, community centers, gyms, schools, etc.
- dust, clean and maintain surfaces and fixtures
- clean and disinfect kitchens and bathrooms
- vacuum, sweep and mop floors
- remove trash and recycling
- maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- follow company cleaning standards and safety procedures
- communicate professionally with clients and team members
