Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience a plus
- Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training required within 120 days of hire
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle situations independently with good judgement
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience in security, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
- Completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
- Ability to think independently and utilize problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or exemption certification
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact and source of information for patients and guests
- Ensure all visitors entering the property are authorized or have legitimate business
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming all visitors
- Offer accurate directions and assistance to visitors needing special support
- Employ problem-solving skills and think independently in the absence of direct supervision
- Request additional assistance when special needs of visitors arise
- Monitor and manage safety and security concerns at the front desk
