Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience in security, customer service, or administration preferred
- Completion of MOAB training within 120 days of hire
- Vaccination against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or approved exemption
- Ability to travel by driving an average of three or more times per week
- Availability to work day shifts with weekend and holiday rotations
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience a plus
- Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training required within 120 days of hire
- Fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or possession of an approved exemption statement
Job Duties
- Operate as the first point of contact and source of information for patients and visitors
- Ensure that all individuals entering the facility are authorized or have legitimate business
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming visitors and offering directions
- Assist visitors with special needs or those requiring additional help
- Think independently and use problem-solving skills in the absence of direct supervision
- Employ de-escalation techniques as necessary to manage aggressive behavior
- Maintain safety and security protocols within the facility
