Job Requirements

  • Ability to complete physical tasks such as reaching above head, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds with or without assistance
  • Ability to follow all company safety policies
  • Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Availability to work part-time schedule
  • Ability to respond quickly to work situations
  • Ability to move safely on various surfaces including inclined or slippery areas

Job Duties

  • Clean showers and restrooms for both public and employee areas
  • Clean glass surfaces in public and employee areas
  • Clean floor surfaces in public and employee spaces using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment
  • Dust surfaces in assigned areas
  • Empty trash containers, ashtrays, and receptacles in public areas into proper containers
  • Inspect furniture for damage such as breakage, tears, or stains and report
  • Clean and maintain lighting fixtures
  • Place caution signs to reduce traffic when necessary
  • Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs
  • Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
  • Identify and report preventive maintenance or safety issues in public areas or guest rooms
