As a Steward at Hilton, you will play a vital role in supporting the seamless operation of the hotel's food and beverage services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of all cooking utensils, chinaware, silverware, and service ware, helping maintain Hilton’s high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality, as the steward will be handling tasks such as operating dishwashers, scrubbing pots and pans, polishing silver, and maintaining stock of supplies and equipment. Beyond these duties, the steward is also responsible for performing general cleaning tasks such as mopping and waste removal to uphold a safe and sanitary environment.

In addition to regular duties, stewards support event functions by preparing and placing clean service ware and can be called upon to train other team members to ensure consistent service standards. This position is fundamental in helping the hotel efficiently manage its kitchen and service operations, contributing to the overall guest experience and operational profitability.
