Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality
- availability to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency with computers and basic software
- familiarity with Boston area geography and services
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or customer service
- computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Outlook
- knowledge of the Greater Boston area and its amenities
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- resourcefulness and self-motivation
- professionalism in appearance and conduct
Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests with professionalism and courtesy
- process incoming and outgoing packages accurately
- execute tasks in accordance with resident requests
- cover shifts including sick calls, vacations, and schedule adjustments
- maintain knowledge of local services and amenities to assist residents
- work independently with minimal supervision
- uphold a polished and professional image at all times
