We are currently seeking highly motivated and responsible individuals for the position of Portfolio Residential Concierge on a part-time basis. This role involves working at various residential buildings throughout Greater Boston, covering shifts related to sick calls, vacations, and other scheduling needs. The ideal candidate is someone who is mature, energetic, polished, and a self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision. This position requires a flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, holidays, and various shift times.

As a Portfolio Residential Concierge, you will greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere consistent with our high-end properties. You will handle the processing of packages, both incoming and outgoing, ensuring accurate tracking and prompt delivery to residents. Your role also includes efficiently executing resident requests and handling various tasks that enhance the living experience within our communities.

Candidates must possess strong hospitality or customer service experience. Being computer literate with knowledge of Internet Explorer, Microsoft Word, and Outlook is essential. Familiarity with the Greater Boston area, including its restaurants and service providers, is highly desirable to better assist residents and guests. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • familiarity with Boston area geography and services
