Job Duties

  • assisting with planning, directing, organizing, and coordinating the activities of the food service department to provide outstanding dining options to each assigned unit
  • helping to enforce company policies and procedures to provide administrative direction for menu formation
  • food preparation, distribution, and service
  • budgeting and purchasing
  • sanitation standards
  • safety practices
  • and staffing and staff development
  • ensuring proper temperature, portioning, and quality of meals
  • directly preparing meals as needed
  • other tasks as assigned
