- helping to enforce company policies and procedures to provide administrative direction for menu formation
- food preparation, distribution, and service
- budgeting and purchasing
- sanitation standards
- safety practices
- and staffing and staff development
- ensuring proper temperature, portioning, and quality of meals
- directly preparing meals as needed
- other tasks as assigned
