The role of Bartender at Industrialist Hotel is essential within the Food & Beverage department, reporting directly to the Assistant F&B Manager or F&B Manager. The Bartender is pivotal in enhancing the guest experience through the preparation and service of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. This position requires maintaining the highest standards in drink accuracy, bar cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service. The role involves interacting warmly and efficiently with guests, ensuring their satisfaction through expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail preparation. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to standard recipes
greet and engage guests, take orders, and provide recommendations
maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, including counters, equipment, and glassware
restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies throughout the shift
process payments accurately using POS systems
handle cash and tabs responsibly
verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
follow all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies and procedures
assist with bar opening and closing duties
report any equipment or maintenance needs promptly
perform additional duties as assigned by management
