The restaurant fosters strong relationships with local farms, ranches, and fisheries to ensure every dish served is fresh and reflective of the region's rich culinary heritage. Located nine floors above the city, Urban Farmer is paired with the Assembly Rooftop Lounge, an exciting venue offering panoramic views of Logan Square, the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. This stylish rooftop space enhances the dining experience with a lively, city-chic atmosphere, sparkling cocktails, champagne, and a wine program highlighting regional vineyards. The establishment prides itself on exceptional hospitality, delivered by dedicated associates focused on anticipating guest needs, creating memorable experiences, and supporting one another to maintain high standards of service. Physical demands include lifting and carrying items up to 100 pounds, continuous standing, mobility in tight spaces, and the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have bartending training and certification such as TIPS, a minimum of six months bartending experience, and must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol legally. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and tact in handling customer service issues are essential.
