Known for its dynamic and vibrant atmosphere where music and hospitality merge, HVMG embodies a strong "Be Excellent" culture that reflects a commitment to excellence, professionalism, and employee growth. The company fosters an environment where associates are encouraged to develop their careers from any starting point within the organization, highlighting a clear pathway for professional advancement—from entry-level positions to senior executive roles. Employees at HVMG appreciate the strong management support and the inclusive work environment that empowers team members to succeed and promote a positive guest experience.

The role of Bartender/Mixologist at HVMG, particularly at the hotel bar of REVERB by Hard Rock, offers a unique opportunity to creatively craft classic and innovative cocktails that resonate with the lively, music-driven ambiance of the brand. This position is integral to the overall guest experience, requiring not only strong technical skills in mixology but also a warm, engaging personality to connect with guests and provide exceptional service. As a Bartender/Mixologist, you will be responsible for mixing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean, organized bar environment, and managing inventory effectively. Reporting to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor, the role is designed for individuals passionate about hospitality with a flair for creativity and a keen attention to detail.

This is a flexible and dynamic position, demanding availability during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays to accommodate the busy hospitality schedule. HVMG values its employees' contributions and supports their growth with excellent benefits, including access to earned wages before payday, paid time off, comprehensive healthcare plans, a 401(k) plan with a matching contribution, and exclusive discounts on hotel stays and food and beverage. The role offers promising career growth opportunities within HVMG’s nationwide portfolio, making it an ideal choice for someone looking to build a long-lasting career in hospitality. Whether aiming to advance towards management roles or specialize as a sommelier or food and beverage manager, this bartender/mixologist position can serve as a foundational stepping stone.

Candidates applying for this position should possess the required education and/or experience, with particular consideration given to those who have completed bartender certification or similar specialized training. The job requires physical stamina to perform tasks that include sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting, with or without reasonable accommodations. Communication skills and the ability to read product labels and interact effectively with guests are also essential. Above all, HVMG seeks individuals who embody the company’s culture of excellence and demonstrate a warm, professional demeanor that enhances the guest experience and promotes a positive workplace atmosphere. Join HVMG as a Bartender/Mixologist and experience a rewarding career in a fun, fast-paced setting where your hospitality skills and passion for mixology can truly shine.
