We are hiring a Barista to join our La Colombe team, the heart of our café operations and a key player in the guest experience. This role is ideal for energetic individuals passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and building genuine customer connections. As a Barista, you become a community builder and brand ambassador, embodying the warmth and quality that define La Colombe. You will be trained to become a coffee expert the "La Colombe way," mastering the art of crafting beverages with consistency, quality, and style.

Your daily responsibilities will include greeting customers, taking orders, and creating drinks that uphold our high standards. You will oversee your station and shift, ensuring a clean environment as cleanliness is integral to our guest experience. This role requires teamwork, flexibility, and the initiative to contribute positively to all aspects of store operation. The Barista position is a full-time role paying $21.00 per hour and offers up to 60 hours of accrued paid time off, including vacation and personal time, along with an additional 60 hours of accrued flexible time off encompassing sick leave.
