We are currently looking to hire a Barista who will be the essence of La Colombe’s welcoming atmosphere. As a Barista, you will be at the heart of our café’s customer experience, tasked with engaging guests warmly, making every order personal and precise, and promoting La Colombe’s brand values. Though previous experience is a plus, it is not mandatory as thorough training will be provided to turn you into a coffee expert in the La Colombe style.

Your role will be dynamic and customer-centric. You will greet and connect with customers, take and prepare orders with consistency and quality, and maintain your station and overall café cleanliness. You will be entrusted with owning your shift’s energy and responsibilities while supporting your teammates to ensure smooth operations. Being a Barista requires enthusiasm, a positive attitude, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a genuine passion for hospitality and great coffee.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage of $21.00.
