Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in coffee service or customer service roles is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn and adhere to product recipes and quality standards
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
Job Duties

- Assist in quality control with cafe leadership and technical department
- Complete required training timely
- Coach fellow baristas on quality and expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety
- Clean equipment such as grinders and espresso machines
- Restock products as necessary
- Identify safety hazards and escalate to leadership
- Complete opening and closing checklists
- Participate in deep cleaning of the cafe
- Improve appearance of the cafe and coffee bar
