Job Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • must have valid identification
  • must be able to read, write, and communicate
  • must be 18 years of age
  • must complete 60-day probationary period
  • must meet ergonomic and physical requirements
  • must be able to use or learn to use bakery equipment
  • must perform all job functions safely
  • must meet company performance standards
  • must agree to wear assigned clothing and shoes
  • 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred
  • must complete in-house forklift training program

Job Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • must possess valid identification
  • able to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • completion of company introductory probationary period of 60 days
  • meet ergonomic and physical requirements
  • able to use or learn to use bakery equipment and tools
  • perform all job functions safely
  • meet company performance standards including regular attendance
  • agree to wear assigned approved clothes and shoes
  • 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred
  • completion of in-house forklift training program required

Job Duties

  • Review work schedule at the start of shift
  • check equipment and supplies needed for tasks
  • comply with personal protective equipment standards
  • assemble and mix bakery ingredients
  • place mix on trays and put trays in racks
  • push racks to oven and bake goods
  • package and wrap baked items
  • print and apply labels on baked products
  • clean display cases
  • restock fresh goods in cases
  • clean and sanitize work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors and counters
  • track and record loss
  • demonstrate proper food safety and sanitation practices
