Job Requirements
- 5+ years as a General Manager, Managing Partner or Assistant General Manager
- Experience in polished casual, upscale or fine dining preferred
- Proven sustainable operational results with a solid job history
- Strong business acumen involving P&L management, scheduling, and inventory
- Enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch kitchen restaurant
- Ability to withstand temperatures from 30 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit
- Capability to move throughout the restaurant for up to 10-12 hours a day
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 75 lbs for distances up to 10 ft
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience as a General Manager, Managing Partner or Assistant General Manager
- Experience in polished casual, upscale or fine dining environments preferred
- Proven track record of sustainable operational results
- Strong business acumen including managing profit and loss, scheduling, ordering and inventory
- Demonstrated capability in hands-on leadership in a scratch kitchen restaurant
