Job Requirements

  • 5+ years as a General Manager, Managing Partner or Assistant General Manager
  • Experience in polished casual, upscale or fine dining preferred
  • Proven sustainable operational results with a solid job history
  • Strong business acumen involving P&L management, scheduling, and inventory
  • Enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch kitchen restaurant
  • Ability to withstand temperatures from 30 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Capability to move throughout the restaurant for up to 10-12 hours a day
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 75 lbs for distances up to 10 ft

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a General Manager, Managing Partner or Assistant General Manager
  • Experience in polished casual, upscale or fine dining environments preferred
  • Proven track record of sustainable operational results
  • Strong business acumen including managing profit and loss, scheduling, ordering and inventory
  • Demonstrated capability in hands-on leadership in a scratch kitchen restaurant
