Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
at least one year of relevant property management or community management experience
availability for part-time work with on-call emergency responsiveness
ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
basic computer proficiency including document management
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
knowledge of affordable housing regulations and tax credit compliance

Job Qualifications

minimum one year of property management experience
experience with tax credit housing preferred
strong communication and customer service skills
proficiency with computer applications and property management software
critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
willingness to work flexible hours and be on call
commitment to professional development and continuous learning

Job Duties

manage day-to-day operations of the property and community
ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
provide concierge-level resident services including responding to emergencies
oversee financial performance including leasing and collections
coordinate maintenance and capital improvement projects
utilize technology and property management software such as YARDI
train, support, and lead team members to meet community goals
