Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of relevant property management or community management experience
  • availability for part-time work with on-call emergency responsiveness
  • ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • basic computer proficiency including document management
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • knowledge of affordable housing regulations and tax credit compliance

Job Qualifications

  • minimum one year of property management experience
  • experience with tax credit housing preferred
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • proficiency with computer applications and property management software
  • critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • willingness to work flexible hours and be on call
  • commitment to professional development and continuous learning

Job Duties

  • manage day-to-day operations of the property and community
  • ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
  • provide concierge-level resident services including responding to emergencies
  • oversee financial performance including leasing and collections
  • coordinate maintenance and capital improvement projects
  • utilize technology and property management software such as YARDI
  • train, support, and lead team members to meet community goals
