Audacy Greenville is a prominent media organization representing six distinctive radio brands in the Upstate region of South Carolina. The Promotions Coordinator position at Audacy Greenville is a part-time, on-site role located in Greenville, SC, designed for ambitious, energetic, and outgoing individuals who thrive in a fast-paced media environment. Reporting directly to the Promotions Director, this role functions at the heart of audience engagement, serving as the face and soul of all six powerful radio brands. The schedule offers flexibility, ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in an industry-leading organization. This position provides a unique opportunity to enhance a varied skill set that includes in-field marketing, event production, live broadcast assistance, photography, videography, video editing, social media coordination, and administrative support.

As a Promotions Coordinator, you will play a critical role in representing the company at public events, concerts, sports games, and various lifestyle gatherings. You will be the person making meaningful connections with listeners, driving engagement through contests, social media, and live activations. This hands-on position involves setting up event equipment, managing client and listener interactions, handling banners and staging, and assisting with audio and video needs during live broadcasts. In addition, the role encompasses essential office duties such as preparing contest materials, contacting winners, processing related paperwork, and maintaining promotional equipment and company vehicles.

The ideal candidate is someone with a positive attitude, excellent judgement, and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team. Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and blackout dates are essential. This role demands someone who can handle physical tasks such as lifting equipment up to 35 pounds, driving company vehicles, and standing or moving frequently throughout events. Job Duties

  • execute on-site promotional events and coordinate/manage clients and listeners on-site
  • set up, break down, and transport promotional event equipment as required
  • set up and run audio and other types of equipment during an event
  • hang banners and other staging elements at events
  • record events such as photos, videos, and audio for social media platforms and event recaps
  • fulfill winner release forms and other waivers when needed for an event
  • maintain promotional equipment and vehicles in a clean and neat manner
