The Promotions Assistant role at Audacy Buffalo represents an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to break into the broadcast industry, particularly within a vibrant local market. This part-time position supports the Promotions Department by assisting the Promotions Director and team with executing on-site appearances, primarily focused on local sporting events and community gatherings. The role requires flexible availability, primarily nights and weekends, as well as an outgoing personality and a high level of responsibility. As a Promotions Assistant, you will be critical in setting up station events, remote broadcasts, and engaging with live audiences to enhance the station's community presence. The position also demands some physical activity such as lifting and carrying equipment of up to 35 pounds, as well as a clean driving record and valid driver's license. Located in Buffalo, NY, this role offers a salary beginning at $16.00 per hour, with pay adjusted based on experience, skills, education, and location.
