The company excels in managing complex logistics, executing projects on a massive scale, and integrating robust creative strategies with a sophisticated aesthetic sensibility. Founded in Brooklyn, New York, Tinsel Experiential Design is a proud Minority and Women Business Enterprise with a boutique agency feel that ensures each project receives a personalized and avant-garde touch. With satellite offices in California and other locations worldwide, Tinsel has carved out a prominent position as a leader in experiential design, blending high-end artistry with practical execution to create unforgettable brand moments.

The role of Promotional Specialist for Tinsel Experiential Design offers a thrilling opportunity to become the face of Jägermeister in vibrant on-premise bar accounts and dynamic festival activations. This part-time position involves much more than simple tray passing; it requires creating memorable, individualized consumer experiences that resonate on a personal level and inspire social sharing. These specialists are critical in delivering unprecedented, creative promotional efforts that drive excitement and brand loyalty for Jägermeister.

Promotional Specialists will engage with consumers at various local venues, including bars, restaurants, and special events, fostering deep connections and increasing brand enthusiasm. The role demands a fun, friendly, and energetic personality skilled in interaction and consumer influence. Specialists will work closely with a designated Event Manager responsible for event assignments, training, and performance evaluations.

Key responsibilities include executing interactive themed events, encouraging consumer participation in activations, distributing marketing materials and promotional items, and assisting with event setup and breakdown. Specialists must also provide feedback and best practice insights through event recaps and photos, contributing to the continuous improvement of client campaigns. This position caters to individuals who are enthusiastic about Jägermeister, enjoy engaging with diverse audiences, and demonstrate reliability and excellent time management.

Candidates are typically at least 21 years of age, with shifts primarily scheduled during nights and weekends—especially busy on Fridays and Saturdays. Compensation for this role ranges from $45 to $50 per hour, reflecting the importance of the position in building brand awareness and enhancing client relationships. This job suits individuals with backgrounds in marketing events, hospitality, bartending, brand ambassadorship, or promotional modeling. A bachelor’s degree or the equivalent experience is preferred. Above all, a genuine passion for Jägermeister and a commitment to creating extraordinary brand experiences are essential.

By joining Tinsel Experiential Design as a Promotional Specialist, you will be contributing to a cutting-edge marketing approach that combines creative innovation with practical execution. You will represent a globally recognized brand and be part of a team celebrated for seting new standards in experiential design. This role offers not only competitive pay but also the chance to grow professionally within an agency environment that values creativity, inclusivity, and impact.
