The role of Project Manager at this company encompasses overseeing multiple construction projects from inception to completion, serving as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Candidates will be expected to manage project schedules, budgets, and compliance with regulatory inspections while maintaining open and effective communication channels across all stakeholders. The position offers a highly competitive base salary between USD 115,000 and USD 140,000 annually, plus bonus potential, and includes flexible work options with two days of remote work per week. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in construction project management, preferably with a background in healthcare projects, who are proficient in software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and CMIC. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction or civil engineering
  • 10+ years of experience preferred
  • Valid drivers license required
  • Proficient in ProCore, Bluebeam, CMIC
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects
  • Ability to adapt to ensure project success
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage client expectations, queries and project information flow
  • Timely final subcontractor reconciliation and billing, punchlist and all final closeout
  • Participate in developing best practices in project management and implement by leading by example
  • Develop detailed construction budgets
  • Develop construction schedules including milestones durations and dependencies
  • Oversee progress relative to contract construction schedule
  • Schedule and document required government inspections during construction
  • Communicate daily with owners, tenant reps, construction managers, superintendents and project coordinators
  • Manage multiple projects as primary liaison with client
  • Review original estimates and analyze total proposal packages, proactive pre-job planning including design development, conceptual estimating, scheduling, bidding, buyout, contracts, project team communications and team building
  • Timely handling of client and subcontractor issues, RFIs, change orders, pay applications, monthly cost analysis and reporting
  • Resolve any project issues identified in monthly meetings
