Job Description

Falcon's Attractions is a renowned leader and award-winning pioneer in the themed entertainment industry, specializing in advanced ride and show systems, custom engineering solutions, and standalone products and services that push the boundaries of innovation and storytelling. The company stands at the forefront of immersive entertainment, driving innovation in high-technology, immersive rides, and compelling themed experiences that captivate audiences around the world. As part of Falcon's Beyond, a visionary innovator that operates at the crossroads of content, technology, and experiential entertainment, Falcon's Attractions plays a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge attractions and technologies for entertainment destinations globally. Based in Orlando, Florida, which is known as a global hub for theme parks and entertainment design, Falcon's Beyond integrates physical and digital experiences through its three core business units: Falcon's Creative Group, Falcon's Beyond Destinations, and Falcon's Beyond Brands. These units together create master plans, design attractions, produce content and software, develop entertainment experiences, and bring intellectual properties to life through various media and technology platforms.

The Project Manager role at Falcon's Attractions is a high-impact leadership position responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of design, build, and installation projects. This role demands a professional with comprehensive project management expertise, capable of directing complex large-scale projects from initial bid and proposal stages through to planning, engineering, production, assembly, testing, installation, commissioning, and closeout. The individual will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, manage budgets, control schedules, and ensure quality standards are met while adhering to health, safety, and environmental protocols. As the primary customer interface, the Project Manager maintains strong relationships with clients to ensure consistent communication and alignment with project goals. This role also requires strategic planning, risk management, and the ability to manage scope changes effectively — converting these changes into opportunities for additional project profitability.

The Project Manager supervises direct reports such as Project Engineers and indirectly oversees broader project team members, including Assistant Project Managers, Production Coordinators, Engineers, Designers, Technicians, and Administrative Support staff. Reporting to the Program Manager, the role requires excellent leadership skills, decision-making capabilities, and the ability to work independently while nurturing teamwork and negotiation within the project environment. Candidates with experience in the theme park or entertainment industry are preferred, given Falcon's Attractions' specialized niche.

Falcon's fosters a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture dedicated to diversity and equal opportunity employment. The company requires all employees to undergo drug screening, offering reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities to support an accessible hiring process. This Project Manager opportunity offers a chance to work for a company that is shaping the future of immersive entertainment using intellectual property activations across various platforms and experiences. With a culture that values innovation, flexibility, and strategic execution, Falcon's Attractions is an excellent career destination for project management professionals seeking growth in the themed entertainment sector.
