Leading project meetings and providing regular updates to all stakeholders ensures transparency and effective communication.

Responsibilities also include reviewing and negotiating subcontractor agreements, overseeing procurement, permitting, and scheduling material deliveries. Monitoring costs and implementing strategies to ensure profitability are crucial components of your role. A strong partnership with Superintendents will be necessary to maintain safety protocols, quality control, and adherence to schedule. You will manage all project documentation such as change orders, RFIs, submittals, and contract administration. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is essential, supporting repeat business opportunities and enhancing the company's reputation within the hospitality sector.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $140,000 annually, along with excellent bonus potential.
