Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business, design, technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects in a design or technology studio environment
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms
- Ability to work full-time in a hybrid role based in Dallas, TX
- Must not require visa sponsorship
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong leadership skills
- Experience with project management software
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong client management and negotiation skills

Job Duties
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for medium-sized projects
- Recommend suitable project methodologies based on client and project needs
- Evaluate client requests and translate them into well-defined requirements
- Conduct feasibility assessments for new features or projects
- Contribute to the development of project proposals
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives
- Manage medium-sized projects independently
- Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and propose solutions for potential roadblocks
- Manage project resources effectively, including budget and team allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
- Implement and oversee change management processes for assigned projects
- Monitor project teams effort (hrs) vs budget to track project progress and flagging potential profitability concerns
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Present project updates and ideas effectively to clients and internal teams
- Facilitate internal team communications and ensure alignment on project goals
- Draft and distribute clear, concise project communications
- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentor junior project managers and provide guidance on project management best practices
- Foster a collaborative team culture within assigned projects
- Begin to develop skills in conflict resolution and team motivation
- Lead by example in terms of work ethic and problem-solving
- Contribute to the improvement of project management processes
