The role of Construction Project Manager within this firm offers a unique opportunity to advance your career in one of the nation's most competitive and prestigious markets. As a Construction Project Manager, you will play an integral role in assisting senior Project Managers with the comprehensive planning and execution of luxury residential renovation projects from inception to completion. You will be expected to support project coordination throughout all stages including preconstruction, procurement, scheduling, and closeout phases. Critical to success in this position is the ability to manage and maintain detailed project documentation using Procore construction management software. Your responsibilities will include tracking Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and all project correspondence, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. Coordination with subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and clients will be integral to the role, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. You will regularly review project documents, drawings, specifications, and scope changes to proactively identify and resolve potential issues that may impact the schedule or budget. Onsite visits will be a key part of your duties to monitor progress and provide field coordination support. Your involvement in project meetings and communication across teams will help maintain transparency and facilitate timely decision-making. Additionally, supporting punch list completion, final closeout documentation, and turnover will ensure projects meet the highest standards and client expectations. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • Experience working as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar role with a General Contractor
  • Proficiency in using construction management software such as Procore
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with owners, architects, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
  • Willingness to visit job sites regularly

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working for a General Contractor in an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar construction role
  • Experience supporting residential construction, interior renovations, or commercial fit-out projects preferred
  • Proficiency using Procore or similar construction management software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with owners, architects, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to grow within the construction industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred but not required
